The staff at Arcata are always super helpful and friendly! They have done an amazing job throughout COVID helping keep the property safe and following guidelines. They are quick to respond when I have questions and always have the best interest in mind when it comes to the residents! Thank you Roberto and Ashley for everything you guys do!

We had a wonderful stay at the guest suite while visiting our daughter who lives at Arcata. It is a beautiful complex with many amenities. It is very clean and well kept and in a very convenient location. Close to the city and the West End, but right next to a residential area. It’s pet friendly and a great neighborhood to walk your dog. Jim, the property manger, is great. We appreciated his hospitality. It was a much needed getaway for us.

I love living at Arcata! Jim and Roberto are amazing and extremely responsive!! Everyone was so welcoming upon moving in. The entire apartment complex is always clean and any requests are completed quickly. Lots of storage in the kitchen and the gas range oven is so nice. It’s a great place to live.
